HR Manager
- Male, age max 40 years
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable Academy/University majoring in psychology or law.
- Candidates must be competent in all HR functions (Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Compensation and Benefit Management).
- Strong leadership and having the abilities to motivate others.
- Having at least 5 years experiences in the same field at managerial skill, in Garment Manufacturer is preferred.
- Mastering Indonesian Law Labour and Regulation and Industrial Relationship with Union, Personnel and General Affair Administration and Manpower Laws.
- Good knowledge in organizational development, personnel administration, good leadership, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken, Mandarin fluency would be an advantage
- Excellent in computer skill
- Willing to be located at Gunung Putri, Bogor.
